As a leading operator of long-range drones (BVLOS) in Germany and Europe, Beagle Systems focuses on innovation. We are looking for a People & Culture Manager (w/m/d) in Hamburg to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building the HR function, with a strong focus on recruiting the best talent for our fast growing team.

Your commitment will ensure the smooth operation of our missions and play a key role in the success of our innovative projects.

Your responsibilities:

Attract and hire top talent: Preselect candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage the onboarding process to meet ambitious growth targets
Establish HR strategies: Establish and implement HR strategies to support the company’s rapid growth and ensure alignment with business goals
Foster a positive company culture: Support employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
Work closely with the founders team: Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer
Further development of all HR areas: Including recruiting, on- and offboarding, administration, preparatory accounting, project work, culture building, development and expansion of structures and processes, personnel support, personnel development and much more

Your profile

Qualifications: A degree in psychology, business administration, or a similar field, or comparable relevant training
Experience: Five years of experience as an HR generalist, with a focus on recruitment in fast-growing environments, preferably in startups or scaling companies, with a holistic approach
Key skills: You are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
Passion: You are passionate about startups and eager to make an impact with an international team
Bonus: Prior experience in the startup environment, recruiting and experience with Personio

Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for an HR Manager in Hamburg immediately in Full-time.

As an HR Manager you will build the HR function and support in recruiting the best talent to our fast growing company.

Your Role:

Building the HR function in a fast growing startup
Hiring the best talent (we have very ambitious growth targets, that require doubling our team in the next year)
Development of all HR areas including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, preparatory accounting, project work, culture building, development and expansion of structures and processes, personnel support, personnel development and much more.
Management of a working student and further expanding of the team in the future
Working closely with our Co-Founders

Ihr Profil

Successfully completed studies in business administration, business psychology or similar or comparable training
Two years of experience as an HR generalist, Recruiter or similar with a holistic view, ideally in startups or grownups
You are a self starter and a real organizational and communicative talent
You have an interest and passion for startups and a desire to change the drone industry with an international team
Bonus: prior experience in the start-up environment, recruiting and experience with Personio
