Your mission

First point of contact for customer inquiries in the area of operations/project management
Planning, coordination, and monitoring of drone flights
Interface for all internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Quality assurance of completed flights and post-mission follow-up
Support in documentation and evaluation of flight data

Your profile

Completed degree (e.g., in geoinformatics, environmental sciences, logistics, business administration, or a comparable field)
Technical understanding and interest in drone technologies / (unmanned) aviation
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Organizational talent and a precise working style
Ability to work in a team and independently
Fluent professional communication in German and English

Ihre Aufgaben

Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen im Bereich Operations / Projektmanagement
Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle von Drohnenflügen
Schnittstelle für alle internen Teams zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
Qualitätssicherung der durchgeführten Flüge und Nachbereitung der Einsätze
Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Auswertung von Flugdaten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Geoinformatik, Umweltwissenschaften, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar)
Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Drohnentechnologien / (unbemannter) Luftfahrt
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
Organisatorisches Talent und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
Verhandlungsichere Kommunikation in deutsch und englisch.
