Your mission
As a Geospatial Data Specialist, you’ll be responsible for preparing, managing, and processing our aerial data collection missions. You’ll work hands-on with advanced GIS tools and convert raw drone imagery into high-quality, standardized geospatial products. In this role, you will also contribute to building scalable geodata infrastructure, automation pipelines, and standard operating procedures. In Detail:
- Prepare new aerial data acquisition jobs, including flight planning in QGIS
- Task and coordinate drone-based data collection missions
- Conduct quality control of delivered imagery (metadata, image sharpness, completeness)
- Process aerial images into customer-ready products (e.g. orthomosaics, point clouds)
- Create and maintain spatial databases to manage imagery and flight path data
- Automate workflows from raw aerial imagery to georeferenced image products
