Your mission

We are looking for a Hangar Rollout Manager in Hamburg. As Hangar Rollout Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning of the various hangar locations.

Your Job Responsibility

Search, planning and organization of strategic locations for hangars
Determination of the economically most favorable linkage point
Establishment of contacts, negotiations and conclusion of contracts with land owners, tenants, land managers and municipalities, also in the context of external appointments
Carrying out on-site appointments with surveying offices
Carrying out post-calculations profitability calculations and cost-benefit analyses for management
Negotiations with authorities, determination of approval requirements and obtaining of approvals

Your profile

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering, surveying or a comparable training or a completed vocational training
You have a confident handling of planning tools
You work independently and in a structured manner, you have a quick grasp of complex issues and comprehensive thinking
You have assertiveness as well as good communication and negotiation skills
You have a valid driver's license
You like to be part of a motivated team and enjoy achieving goals together
You can communicate in English
